Service Details:
- All medical escort staff hold relevant professional certifications.
- Online Booking: Even if you are overseas, you can register and book services via WhatsApp. Our customer service team will assess the care recipient’s needs and provide a tailored service plan and quotation quickly and conveniently.
- Detailed Communication of Medical Advice: Before appointments, escorts will communicate with family members to understand key information to discuss with healthcare professionals. After the consultation, a detailed report of the doctor’s advice will be provided. Subject to medical staff approval, family members may also communicate directly by phone during the consultation.
- Point-to-Point Escort Service: Escorts personally accompany elderly persons and those in need between their residence and the hospital or clinic, providing attentive care throughout the journey.
- Service Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, with a minimum of 2 hours per session.
- Additional Charges: An extra HK$25 per hour applies on Sundays, public holidays, and other service hours.
- Booking: Please make reservations for any escort service at least 3 working days in advance.
