In order to further promote the economic empowerment of women, we develop Job Referral Service for women, establish personal and employer networks including maternity services, baby care services, domestic helpers, paternity services and elder care services. We also set up a platform for business owners to provide vauious types of vacancies help women to re-join the labor market and provide employment support services to encourage women to improve their lives and reduce the constraints and stereotypes of traditional gender roles.
