The project focuses on working alongside participants to explore their strengths, past experiences, and career interests. It includes 36 hours of continuous learning and personalised one-on-one employment counselling, aiming to boost participants' confidence in returning to work, enhance interpersonal skills, and strengthen practical workplace competencies—such as computer literacy, job-seeking techniques, industry knowledge, and internship experience. Graduates of the project will also receive a Job Start-up Fund, equipping them with additional resources to better prepare for re-employment.
We firmly believe that reducing the barriers women face when re-entering the workforce will empower them with the confidence and capabilities to embark on a more independent and fulfilling career journey.
