We extend our heartfelt thanks to the representatives from the Guangdong Lingnan Education Charity Foundation and Standard Chartered Global Business Services (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd for visiting the Sheung Lung Wai Centre to engage in a service exchange. During the session, our Director Ms. Sisi Liu not only introduced our overall services but also highlighted two key initiatives—Jockey Club HERizon: Women's Career Empowerment Hub and Step It Up for Gender Equality: Project to Enhance Economic Empowerment of Women.

These projects showcase our practical experience in advancing women’s economic empowerment. The representatives from the Lingnan Education Foundation also shared their insights and challenges in promoting urban–rural women’s employment initiatives across the Greater Bay Area.

In supporting women’s employment and entrepreneurship, our organization adopts different intervention strategies, yet our core belief remains the same: by reducing the structural barriers women face when re-entering the workforce, we can effectively strengthen their confidence and capabilities, enabling them to embark on more independent and empowered career journeys. Through our services, we are committed to equipping women with skills and talents, expanding their flexibility and voice in decision-making, and thereby fostering economic participation and advancing gender equality.
