We held the first tea reception of the year for members and committee members at the Jockey Club Carer Space (Sham Shui Po). The session began with an introduction to the association's history, service achievements and governance mechanisms, with a special focus on presenting the strategic development blueprint for the coming three years. The reception aimed to provide members with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our overall operations and the future development of core services.
Members were concerned with our future development and actively raised questions towards various sessions of the reception. During the group discussions, they engaged with staff on issues such as service direction, strategic planning, and organisational governance. Forward-looking and constructive suggestions were shared, offering valuable references for the final stage of implementing the association's strategic development.
