As summer comes to an end, we teamed up with Octopus Holdings Limited to organise a “Summer Full-time Mother's Rest Day,” giving mothers a chance to relax and recharge, while their children got to burn off energy and enjoy a meaningful and joyful time!
This time, we collaborated with YuFu to offer a Tea Zen experience for moms, allowing them to temporarily set aside daily stress, enjoy a moment of tranquillity, and savour the small beauties of life through the aroma of tea and mindfulness.
Meanwhile, we partnered with Storm Sports Association to host a fun-filled Roundnet class for the kids, helping them learn teamwork and focus through sports, while also experiencing the joy of trying a new and emerging sport!
After the event, Octopus thoughtfully prepared small gifts for both the moms and the children, sending them off into the summer with smiles and warmth.
Although the weather was unstable on the day of the event, thanks to Octopus' sponsorship and the full support of their corporate volunteer team, everything went smoothly! We look forward to future collaborations to continue supporting caregivers in our community and cheering them on!
Events & Programmes
We provide a series of women-orientated service, including Counselling & Legal Support, Training & Employment Support, Gender Education, Caring the Carers, Cherish Food, Childcare & After-school Care, various Social Participation and Volunteer Development to promote gender equality in Hong Kong. We hope to enable women to develop their Confidence, Independence and Competence.
