Conventionally, women take up the care-giving role that hinders their development. Re-defining the family role through the conclusion of family agreement and alternative care options will be able to re-distribute the division of labor within the family. Besides, empowering women in setting up a start-up which make use of their talents and skills, and is flexible enough for women to execute her power in decision-making and facilitates their economic participation is another strategy to foster gender equality.
